MENS DISCIPLESHIP & STRENGTH TRAINING
Mens discipleship and strength training/workout meets weekly on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6:30am at the Crosby Building (96 Church Street, Belfast) This is a time for MEN to be discipled by other MEN growing together in their walks with the Lord and gaining in physical and mental strength. We begin our morning with a short bible study followed by some kind of workout routine. This routine changes daily. We believe that men need to act like men. This is a way for them to apply 1 Timothy 4:8 "For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."
